We aim to provide a response to all applicants within a timely manner. After you have applied, please allow two weeks to allow the Recruiting Area Managers to sort through applications. If successful after the phone interview, you will be invited to a Face to Face interview. We believe in finding the best candidates based on cultural fit rather than skill set.  If in the interview we feel that you have what it takes to be a dedicated Sanity advocate, which is supported by position and outstanding reference checks, we will invite you to join our Team!

Can’t find a current position at your desired Sanity Store?

Sanity has an Expression of Interest application, the application is open for you to apply from January through to September (we close off the applications due to the Christmas Period). If a position becomes vacant in this period and you are found suitable we will give you a call to see if you are still interested and to discuss the position further. *Please note, if you submit an expression of interest application you will only be contacted if you are found suitable for a position. There is no time frame for contact when submitting this application.
